Not satisfying from service cente

Sir, on 22.03.2012 i went to samsung service center at dawarka towers at vidhyadhar nagar with the problem of trackpad of GT-C3222, they taken the cell and keep with them for 4 day because they dont have new trackpad,

after 4 days i'll collect my cell and when i came to home and talking with someone then i cannot here voice and then i go back to the service center with problem then its audio receiver is not working and after 6 days they can change the audio receiver afterwords its not working and they told me today its motherboard will be damaged. and they will not take in warranty period and i'll purchased that cell on17.08.2011 and its my first cell.

they told me that i have spend 2000 rs. for the motherboard of that cell and by water it has been damaged.
