I brought a new samsung mobile phone GT-E2152i. poor customer service
i am Govindraji from sholinghur. I purshed my mobile at Saravana Stores Chennai one day before diwali... after purchesing the mobile i getting problem of automatic switch off, i got problem that my handset is automattically switchoff offenly... I serviced it more than 4times (2 times in chennai accent, 2 times at samsung in arakkonam) still my handset is not properly working... In service centers they giving the poor suggestions (Like don'tuse memorycard, bluetooth, etc...)and they provide poor customer service...
