Signal not receiving in DD colony area

I am having idea celluar bearing no.9848481965 for the past 5 years or so. I am not getting signal properly where my Office is located in i.e., Project Division No. VII, HMWSSB, Durgabai Deshmukh Colony, Bagh Amberpet Hydeabad- 500013. I had been working for more than six months in this office where the signal is not getting properly, when I tried to complaint/contact on 9848012345 the recorded message never have facility of taking complaints of this nature.

Hence, I request u kindly initiate action immediately to avoid inconvenience to me.
