TOUCH SCREEN

Purchased LG mobile set (GX500) ON 30TH. SEPT. (IMEI NO.359784 03 075161 0 & 359850 03 075160 1). Within few days toch screen started not working and later found that camera standby mode comes to live when touched but no icon was working (during the hanged position). When contacted BALAJI ENTERPRISES (033 24618188/89, balaji.kol@lgmobiles.com) they reported touch screen was to be changed but they had no stock of it. I took delivery of the set and presently the mobile set has become a showpiece. Please help to get the touchscreen (as per your sevice centre) so that I can use your costly set.
