This is to inform you that i have lodged a complaint with your authorised service agent m/s. excel peripheral point in bangalore vide their receipt no. CRM 1660 dated 1/7, as the said mobile (GSM CDMA) is found to be faulty (TOTALLY UNUSABLE). Therefore i request u to to please arrange for a replacement immediately. should you take some time then arrange for a stand by hand set as i am totally paralysed with communication.
