Haier refrigerator
NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I purchased one 100 litre Refrigerator of HAIER Make from one of its Dealer (M/S Raj Electronics, Janpath, ) at Bhubaneswar 0n the 4th November vide Invoice No. RI (C)-9846 dated 4.11.2011. After 10 days from the date of purchase its Thermostat did not work and a complain was lodged with the Service Centre of the Manufacturer through the dealer and it was attended to by the Mechanic of the Service Centre and it started functioning. Then again after about a week or so, the same problem started and on lodging the complaint, another Mechanic from the service Centre came and made some arrangements with the Thermostat and it started working for about 6/7 days. For the 3rd time, the same problem started and a complain has been lodged with the Service Centre and insisted for a replacement / repair. But even after 4 days there was no response from the service centre. I also lodged a complain on line with the Manufacurer's web site but even from them there is no response.

I shall be grateful if you can use your good offices on the Manufacturer either for the Replacement of the Fridge or replacement of the Thermostat at an early date.
