Irresponsible customer service by nokia care

I have deposited my NOKIA N 86 on 22.jan.2011 to the nokia care center

AMBALA CANTT (NICOLSON ROAD). it was having some damage related issues.

i told them i will pay for the expenses. and they said ok they will

get it repaired. in between these 6 months i have been continouslyy

checking up with the status of my phone .they were not answering me

anything. and now suddenlyy they come up with the final answer after 6

monyhs that the mobile is ir-repairable. i want to claim for my mobile

value they have wasted for 6 months. i want justification why are

these people making fool of public. nokia being the top most brand for

evryone is providing this type of service. this is badlyy affecting

its brand image. kindly help me out with my problem .i hope my problem

will be solved soon and i will get a reply ASAP.
