Hanging of phone after getting repaired 6 times from nokia care

I have purchased nokia 5220 xpress music in november from that day till now i have summitted my phone (imei no-353662018705798) 5 times with aproblem of hanging.person at nokia care desk told this as software problem and till now this problem continued with another problem that my camera did not work.the phone gets off while switching to camera mode.i had got frustated while going to nokia care.the person here knows me quiet well. my request to all the authority to help me out as 3 months is left for warranty.nokia had a huge problem with many of its sets.i own a mobile shop and people are continiously coming with problem with nokia sets.nokia care keep phones for more than 3 weeks .if this problem continued the day is not far that peoples trust on nokia will end.i had made my mind my next set will not be nokia if i dont get solution for my present phone. I want my set to be replaced completely or any solution possible. I dont have any xerox copy of job sheet at present so please get a solution as soon as possible.
