Not Activation of Offe

Dear Sir,

I applied for Portable to change. But later i received a call from Air-tel and said some Offer (All local and Std call rates 2seconds per one piece and all local and std messages i piece) and i cancel the portable. Then i cancel. They told that with in 5 days the new offer will provide. But they didn't provide that after expiry of the said period.
