POOR SERVICE

Not providing service. Service quality is very poor

I had purchased Washing Mahine Hydrimatic 60 Fully automatic one in The machine is having problem in functioning which was reported 5 months back, Company Engg has visited & confirmed that The same need to be replaced & will be done in 10 days but it takes about 6 months but still the problem is not solved Till date and he has taken the amount of servicing, Local services centre is dogging and not entertaining us properly. I am mentally harrased due to this attitude of co towards cutomer, & the future of the co seems DARK,

Please take some strict action towards the service centre.
