Nokia CARE dont CARE about customers

I bought a brand new nokia 7210 supernova cell phone with one year warranty n after 4 months, MIC was not working (outgoing voice). I gave to the nokia care on 21 july n after so many visits n call i got the cell on 11 aug with the same complaint my handset back either repaired or nt, again the same situation on 26 aug09, still on 1-sept-09 i m waiting & struggling to get.i dont kno why such a branded company is givin the worst service.in my life wont buy nokia phones n would suggest other to buy cell phones other than nokia.

Please help me to get the same.
