Bad performance of ceiling fans- havells

I purchased five fans of havells from Yaspal Electrical, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad in mid of Dec (winters). We start operating the fans in feb end, but in one of the fans th enoise in bearing is coming. We have approached dealer, who intern refused to do anything and replaced the bad product we have purchsed from him. We have made complaint to company call centre and a person froms ervice station has inspected the product. He has wriiten that the product can not be repaired at site and need to take to workshop. Company is not ready to replace the prpduct which could not be used even for a full month.

How can Havells be such a irresponsible company, we have trsuted them and select their product on brand image???

Still I request company to do some favour to me and get it replaced falling which I have to initiate legal proceedings against delaer and company.
