I have purchased brand new Nokia -3600 slider cell phone from your authorized dealer M/S Neuron Technologies opp. M.S.D School, Hanuman Chowk, Bathinda under bill no. 1833 IMEI no.355706022435542 dated 20 oct. 08 .This gadget proved to be trouble some from the day of its opening. On contacting the dealer for this problem, dealer directed me to get repair the set from your company authorized Nokia care center Bathinda. The technician in the center got repair this set but the problem in the set remain the same after some time, I am fed up with visiting the customer care center a number of times. It seems that your company has lost its charm and services in the race of selling more and more new sets in market and busy in launching notebooks, but its quality has been affected and this is making dent slowly in market brand value of your company. Sir, it really hurts me most as I and the persons in my circle are your hard core customers and we believe in your company brand value, please restore my faith in your company by changing the set.
