Unauthorised deduction of balance from account

I am currently using IDEA sim having no.9718229377. The IDEA without my authorisation had activated the missed call alert service on 23oct.. I had requsted the customer care several times to deactive the service, but no action action was taken by them in this regard. Now, they don't pick my phone & deduct my balance whenever i call to customer care. All this unreasonable & it is requested to stop this as early as possible.
