Dear Sir / Madam,

I was given my Nokia 1108 handset to you for servicing. My Job Sheet Number is 419465550/090908/38.

As per the job sheet, the delivery date was 08.09.2009. 08.09.2009 evening I approached the service centre, but I got the reply that “Your mobile is not ready” and once it is ready we’ll call you and inform the status. But till today, I am not getting any reply / feedback / call from the Circuit world.

In my job sheet, two numbers are given for contacting the Circuit World. The landline number (6585111) status was switched off. But initially, the mobile number (9894249000) was ringing and busy. After that the mobile number also switched off.

Whereas my job sheet status is “Closed - Repaired” shows in the www.namscareonline.com

Kindly confirm the handset status.
