I have purchased an induction cooker, model Majesty [1CX7] on 16.10.2010. After one day, there was heating problem and lodged complain at service centre. They have repaired by replacing circuit board. Just after two days same problem has been noticed. Again I have lodged complain. But no action has been taken. Service Centre people who have attended the complain are telling that this type of problem are very rare. I think, there is manufacturing defect. If a customer faced this type of problem after purchasing a new goods, the reputation towards the company's product will hamper. From my view, as a customer, the product must be replaced with new one immediately to sustain good customer-company relationship. My Personnal details is Name - Ujjaleswar Behera, Qr.
