Repair of the Mobile

I, Harsh gave my mobile Nokia 7210 supernova for repair at Nokia Care, Hanamkonda, Warangal, A.P. on 13th August (job sheet number : 319465550/090813/4). The mike is to be replaced. The person told me that it will take maximum of 10 days i.e. before 23rd August they will give it back to me. But still after 1 month, it has not been repaired. I called there many times, but there is nor result. I mailed a person, but he didn't reply.
