Defective Battery

Sir,

I have purchased Hero Optima plus on 25th May. From the beginning I am facing difficulty. The battery is weak. The vehicle stopped suddenly on atleast 10 occasions and I had to push it for a distance of 10 kms. The vehicle is still under warranty. I have informed the dealer also about the battery problem and that the vehicle is giving me problem. He said try for some time and if problem persists we will replace the battery after checking it. Again after 1st servicing also I informed dealer. 1st servicing done on 25th June. But he said dont worry about it. Like this I managed for some time and in Sept. 2010 the battery given me lot of problem. This time the dealer accepted and told to keep the vehicle with him for a day as they will test it. After testing they found that infact the battery was defective and had to be replaced. This was a month back but till today whenever I ask them they say the battery has not yet come from the Company. We will inform you as and when the battery comes and then replace the battery.

Is this customer care? I invested Rs. 32, 000/- for this vehicle but infact am suffering now.

Please help me and solve my problem. My vehicle is still under Warranty period and only 4 months have passed.
