I have ordered for a dwell chamber on the 1st of September and I have not received it till date. The reference number is ss10/mum1470056029.

I called up the call centre again on 4th September and asked them to send the part. They initially claimed that the part was delivered and later on apologized and said that it will send on the 4th at all costs.

It was not delivered till date. The complaint number for the 4th of September is c102648292. I have repeated the complaint every two day C102663388, c102655069,

Now I get an sms saying that my address is not traceable. But each time I call up the call centre, they repeat my name, address and phone numbe
