I am using water purifier of purit from last one year, but the afer sales services provided by the company was not satisfactory. i booked battery on 25th oct it is assured on the help line that the same will be delivered with in one working day. the next day customer care expert visit my home but instead of providing battery & kit he charge Rs. 100/- as service charges and gave the receipt which is having no. printed receipt no. on it to my mom. this is not the first time. we all togeth 20 persons booked the pure it purifier from the company & all of them are not satisfied with the services. my customer id. is 1923600600.
