Water over flowing

Dear Sir,

The water is overflowing from my Pureit Marvella Water puurifier, its just two Months old.

I have registered the complaint No C113052144, &

C113054947, we Receive SMS from the Service centre Each time Saying your Complaint Has been

Attended, When no technecian has visited my

residence, Each time we call the Service centre

they are appologetic, and repeat the same.

Kindly let me know what is the solution to this,

Hope the company will mend thier way of working

Without causing difficulties to the customers.
