Hello sir/madam

we had bought a hindustan unilever pure it, about 2 yrs back and had a good feed back in the starting and had a good responce from them but after 2-3 battery changes when the 3rd battery had gone those guys are not coming for battery change, our first request for battery change was logde on 18/3/10 and we had a reply that the battery will be changed with in 72 hours... but its almost3 months but those ppl has not responded at all v tried calling them many times, and even told the ppl who market it on roadside but no use... this is one of the worst service we hav seen soo far... its not the matter of money but the trust we had made on the company is false..and now we ask ppl around us not to go for this product as it has the worst responces... we hope some good responce from yu...
