NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT

MY SELF VISHAL MAHINDRAKAR, CELL 9657001221-PUNE. i have trusted your product because of the strong reputattion of HUL, but i'm exxtremely sorry to say i'm highly disappointed by the response to my service, i think people at your place are of such low proffessional standards, that they dont know the purpose of your product, its rainy season and tap water is highly contaminated,

my story goes...

i have a problem in my unit the baterry is new but water is not flowing in down compartment, so unable to get clean water from the tap???

ive loged my first complaint c102605032, but person did not took prior time and reached home wheen we are at office at 1:00pm, i could not come home in office times i asked him to come at evening, but complaints was closed without attending...

then again i loged a second complaint c102609912 .no one called but i got a sms for my feedback for yoour service increasing my anger, its just a hopeless service from u'll, hope i get a positive response now!!!
