Water Leak

Dear Sir,

I have bought new pure it form your dealer M/s Gayatri Electronics next To PCMC Building before 4-5 months. Then i have observed that it is leaking form bottom. I have logged call with your customer care. Complaint no C113112937. Your representative have visited my house and told me to use feviquick at the leak i had showed him the original bill. Now the leak is not fixed and i still found problem with the product while buying it was told to me that if there is any problem the product will be replaced but till now nothing action has been taken.
