Contaminated wate

I have complained to the HUL local representatives, that my Pureit water filter was giving contaminated water, because of a defective tap. They came to my house and took the tap & a water sample for checking at the factory. After months of follow up they said that the water sample taken from my house was "destroyed" in transit to Mumbai. They then replaced my tap & cleaned the water filter with a chlorine wash & then took the sample. This sample they say is perfect. I asked them about the tests to the old worn out tap, they first acknowledged that it was in their custody & would check and tell me, now they say that since it is a secret design they will not communicate the result to me. I have recorded the conversations on my mobile and also have all the complaints sent to them by email. They claim that if any one proves that the water from their filter is unsafe they will give 1 crore. This is a big fraud. I want to know how to proceed further.
