After changing Germ kit your purifier is not working properly after so many complaints at your helpline no 1860 1801000 for the last 15 days continuoously. The defect has not rectified so far. Today i filed a complaint in morning and at 7pm in evening and also talked to your senior executive. He assured me to remove my greviences so do the needfull at the earliest.
