Sir, I have purchased pure it compact of hindustan unilever on date 5th august from mathura uttarpradesh india. On 6th when i started my device it started leaking from basement area, i called pureit helpline for assistance, they said my complaint will soon be processesed and i was given complaint no-C113626309. its been more than 10 days each and every day they keep on saying mam we will come soon and daily i will get new complaint number i am fed up of this service my device is totally new and when i reported this to shopkeeper he said this is company problem now i am not getting any option daily i am wasting my call charges and daily i m being suffered the person who looks out after all this service process is from agra n daily he gives me new excuse.
