Hindustan unilever pureit water
No response after product failure within 15days

Dear sir,

Today Hinustan unilever pure it team forward my complained to dealer Mr pardeep mishra mobile number 09999013738 & he sent a person to my residence named sunny.

The person replaced the defected battery which was become red within 15 days instead of 6month.

After fitting the battery he ask to pay battery cost INR 550, we refuse to pay & he take out the battery.

I don’t understand why are you asking for the cost when it is already paid by me?

It is your fault why should I have to suffer.

It should be replace without any cost.
