Hindustan water purifier
Poor customer service and bad product

I ordered Pureit Germkill Kit on 12th may. after so may calls and followups I got the Kit after 20-25 days.

Now once I have changed the Kit the water quality is bad I called customer care to send someone to check... now no one is comming and HIndustan liver sends me a message saying that they could not locate my address, which is not true becuase I go a call from their agent on 25th June at 9PM, he wanted to visit my place at 9 in in the night. I asked him to come in the day time.

Please help me...
