No Demonstration after 20 days to purchase

I had bought the Hitachi window AC 1.5 tonne from CROMA, Mangalam Place, Rohini on 15.05.2011. Till then nobody from Hitachi has visit to demo due to my various complaints to croma and the hitachi customer care also vide complaint no. 11052301689. My invoice no. is SLF02A020010004858.

Kindly help me out.
