Installation of Split AC

We have purchased a Hitachi AC from Rhythm House Showroom in Noida, Sector-18 on 27th March and it was told to us that it will be installed within 48 hrs. But till today i.e. 9th April there is no progress.

AC is lying at our house but Hitachi installation Employees are too busy in their personal work that they don't even bother to perform their duties.

Hitachi customer support and service is totally pathetic.

Please raise this issue to the higher authorities of the company and provide the resolution at 918527095756.
