HITACHI/ AIR CONDITION MODEL NO:
HITACHI DEFECTIVE AC

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Hitachi Air condition from authorised dealers i.e. GREAT EASTEREN TRADING CO, in our area. When the technician came for installation it was found that the AC was broken.

We have launched several complaints with the dealer and with the service centre of Hitachi in Kolkata but till date we have not received any proper reply. The service charge centre person MR. KAMAL assured me that the AC will be replaced within a week. Two months have passed now they are not received our calls and the authorised dealers are taking no interest in this matter.

The worst part is the window in which the AC was to be installed has been cut and they have left it open.
