Window AC malfunction

Electronics and household app.

My window AC has a problem of ice formation since 27 april. thrice i have got the AC checked up at jhansi but the authorized dealer RAM RAJA ENTERPRISES have not been able diagnose the problem! I have also contacted the HITACHI complaint cell (complaint No. 12050502361), but they have also not been able to help! I have PAID Rs 2650 for repair of the AC but the problem persists. pls help!
