DEFECTED AIR CONDIONER

Sir,

I, Jatin Nindawat, bought an Air Conditioner on 25-03 from Om electronic, 30/D-6, sector-6, Rohini-85. He sold me the defected Air conditioner. I complaint to him but he told me that now the company is responsible for that. Then I complaint in company many time by call or email but they make excuses all the times. Please do some strict action against them. I will be very grateful to you.
