My window AC is not being serviced

I submitted a request on 1st May for repairing my AC. The complaint # is: 11050100691. I was promised that the complaint will be attended to within 48 hours. It's been 6 days and still nothing has been done. Every time I call the customer service, they promise that action will be taken and even after 10 calls to customer service nothing has happened.

I was given the Hitachi Area Sales/Service Manager Mr. Maninder - 9311107197 who never picks his phone. I wonder why Hitachi hires personal which does not help their customers. I have lost faith in Hitachi.

I hope that this consumer complaint will help me to resolve my issue.
