FITTING OF AIRCON

Dear Sir,

I Have purchased the aircon 1.2 ton invoise number-k-01180/11-12... from kalpana digitals, lakshmi nager... vikas marg... new delhi.on 7th may 11.

i have paid for the installation for the pipe at the show room which is 15oo rs... then the fitting guy took 6000 rs from us for the copper which is installed extra in the aircon.

now my problem is that the copper pipe fitting and the air con fitting is not satisfactory and done in a very un professional way... and the work is not even complted by the fitters... and they are demanding more money...

please look into this matter or else i will complaint to the consumer cort.
