Eplacement of defective air conditione

Helo sir/mam,

i m honey manchanda, i have bought a split ac (hitachi kaze 2 star) of two ton on 16/05 from deekay electronics, ghumar mandi chownk, ludhiana. but i'm encountering many problems and already complained about it to the dealer but he told me this is not my duty now its company's responsibility then he gave me the numbers of company's personnels namely Honiesh (9356860318) and Tanveer (9316462841). i have contacted them but they always make lame excuses and have also repaired it for 3-4 times, still there occur some problems in it. i had told them to replace it and they agreed to it but after few days they again gave me another excuse.so, now i want u to solve my problem and replace it as early as possible.
