Split AC 1.5 ton 5* sold through Reliance Digital Hyd-62 does not start at all

Split AC does not start. so bad. it does not show any indication. Even worse is that there is no clue.
-The AC model: split, with 1.5 ton and with 5 star rating was sold through Reliance Digital Retail Limited;
-Address: Reliance digital retail limited: Jyothi Acropolis M.No. 1-7-43/220, 221, 236, &237, Mahesh Nagar, ECIL Post, Hyderabad 500062
-Store Phone: 040-42606767
-Customer service : 040-44722222
- Purchase date: 12th April.
- Installed on 15th April.
-Worked until 3rd May.
- Was powered off on 4th May.
- Kept off for until 7th June.
- Powered on on 7th June, Stabilizer was on, but split ac indoor unit does not get the power, and does not start.
- Complained to Reliance Digital on 040-44722222, and registered couple of complaints at this web site as well.
- No service from Reliance Digital even on 9th June until the time of this complaint.
- Called Hitachi customer service - 1800-200-8585 on 8th June, stating the issue that the complaint is not addressed. They said they will contact Reliance Digital. No response.
- Registered the complaint at the store where the AC was sold. - No response.
So my question is when you are unable to service the piece worth of 38, 000.00 why do you operate in INDIA? Do you do the same level of service in JAPAN?
- What is my mistake here? Thinking that product from HITACHI is good is a mistake looks like.
- So I am kept under water for more than 2 days. The problem could be minor, but who is out there to help?
- Please address this issue immediately.
