Product still no serviced

I purchased a han blender on 1 jan igot repaired on 20.05.2010 so i went to the companies service outlet on 21.5.2010 to claim for warranty of the the product .the companies service outlet was named as A.M.electricals .on 21.5.2010 i went to the service outlet & claimed my products warranty. the executive there told me that the product will be repaired in 2 days but still the product is not repaired till now {date:09.06.2010} so i plz request to look after this query of mine as its been 20 days & still the product is not serviced my bill no is :5121
