HITACHI SPLIT AC
Aircon not working

I have logged a compliant in Hitachi service center on June 7th '2012 for my split airconditioner not working. The service engineer came after 2 days to advise us that the PCB component has failed. After about another 4 days after repeated follow ups, he came with a PCB the model of which did not suit the AC. I have atleast called 6 times and there is no concrete response from the call center staff. They are also refusing to transfer the call to the managers.

Very very poor service levels.
