Hitachi window type AC
Not attending periodical maintenance service

I have bought the window type Hitachi AC 1.5 T capacity in Jul. The company has to carryout the free periodical maintenance within a year time i.e. up to Jul. I lodged the request for periodical maintenance on 14/04 and company gave me request NO. 11041401390 and promised me to attend the complaint within 48 hours but the same has not been attended till date i.e. after lapse of 45 days.
