Ignorance to my complaint

I have complained of no colling of my refrigerator on 23 june to hittachi customer care and after regular calls there enginier visited on 30 june and said that compressor has to be replaced he even took visiting charges from us even though our problem was not solved.since then no one is answreing about our complaint and the customer care persons are also behaving very roudly.. Today is 15. July its almost 22 days of my complaint and it has not been attended yet
