I have given my Phylips sterio set for repair on13 th April. They returned it only on 29 th may after a series of phone calls telling that spares came late. The so called authorised dealer CLARITY ELECTRONCS KASTURRBA NAGAR, ADAYAR, TOOK RS 1225 as service charge AND shown momentarily it is working. Within hours it went to old condition and same problem still continues.
