I have purchased a Home theater of LG company. Within a week it stopped functioning, I made complain twice to LG customer care through mobile. A person came, checked the faulty piece, went back with the promise to replace the piece. During two weeks I approached LG customer care number time, I fed up with their promises. What I expect to replace the piece without any delay and no promises. I never imagine company like LG have such hopeless customer care and service.
