Not working properly

I had bought an ifb elena washing machine from texmo agencies kayamkulam alleppy (dist) kerala. Now it's drums are shaking while rinsing and it's working is worsen day by day. And i had informed it 2 the service person, the shope etc but no one is giving me a proper response and now i feel that it's a worse decision to buy an ifb.
