HORRIBAL EXPERIENCE WITH SONY LED

Hi,

I'm extremely disappointed at Sony, I purchases Sony 26 inch LED model number EX55 on 14/7 from Vijay Sales Preet Vihar

This was installed on 17/7 at 10:15 PM through engineer gaurav that time he also confirmed me sound of TV is very low, which sound out put on between 25 to 30 actually come on 100 (max)

He said “he will send a service engineer next day” somehow nobody turned up than I made a complaint on service center

Engineer visit my home today and he said “ your TV is ok but as u requested you again send this report to service center once report will come I’ll let u know”

What is this???

If I knew that I would have so much trouble trying to get rid of this TV, I would never have purchased this set
