Delaying delivery of TV

Electronics and household app.

We have purchased a LG50" TV and paid the payment thr cheque, it is informed that the TV will be delivered on realisation of cheque which takes 3 days normally. However, it is over six days the TV is not yet delivered. On enquiry they said the cheque is deposited after 2 days of its receipt. Whom should be blamed for, if the cheque is not depsosited on time?
