Credit Note

DEAR SIR,

I am Shahid Saifi residing in budh vihar phase 2, near rithala metro station. I am surprised to see a company like Spice Hotspot bluffing their customers by providing care pack which hardly serves the customers. They keep postponing the dates for repair and at times do not even repair the phone after 1 month. The credit note policy is a big bluff too. I have applied for the same for my phone and fulfilled all their conditions till 3.06. but have not yet received any satisfactory feedback. They are postponing dates since 15.06.2010. I would appreciate if you could provide me some solution to this problem.
