Handset repair / keypad not working

My handset moto Q9h was deposited on 21.07.10 at HOTSPOT MOBICARE kalkaji delhi which was committed to deliver on 28.07.10, but despite of several visits, calls n mails, they everytime failed there commitment and now m so disturb, as i live in faridabad which is far away from there office, it takes a lot of time n money to visit them. i have talk to all there officers but all in vain, kindly take hard action as they r not serios about there duty
