HOT SPOT / NOKIA 2700c
Did not replace the diffective new set

Dear sir/Mam

I have purchased a handset of nokia 2700c from HOT SPOT of Jammu City square mall, Doga chowk.

but handset was not working propelly and i came back to same shop and told them a problem they accpeted the problem and they send this set to service center after a weak he has given me a set back that now the set is ok but after two days i again came back that set is not working propelly and againg he accpted and same process now this time he gave me a set after a month with the same commitment that now set is ok but now after two days again i came back that the set is still not working propelly and this time i told him that give me a new set that you have given me a gurantee of one year on paper this set is not working from the day first then why u will not chang the set he is saying that through this set in the river and you will also jump in the river still i will not change the set we only send this set to service center that it, now i have drop that set in same shop (IMEI:-351517043468121) (ITEM:-002L5T8).

Now tell me what the service you are providing your customer nokia is a big brand that we trust on this brand.if the company will do like this who will trust on nokia. I want new set ether give back my money.
